You will have to find a country where warez is not illegal and then find a hosting company in that country first.

Unlimited bandwidth and unlimited hosting is never been a reality.
Our life is also limited, we dont know. Like that server space is also limited only.

You should look for a host from the Netherlands.
Warez is illegal in the Netherlands, but most hosts won't mind as long as you pay.
