I suggest you not to be in a hurry and make your comparison research more profound and broad. I recommend you A2hosting.com, Inmotionhosting.com and Hostupon.com. All these companies offer a comprehensive range of services on favorable terms. In order to reach your goal, you need to be well prepared!

Though I usually think advices are not good in such threads, I think I also would rather go with downtownhost.com than any of the stated in the Original Post.

I do not know of hqhost, but lunarpages' dedis are not very quality served...

I'd go with hqhost.net, cheap plans they provide.
Plus their support that works fast and give quality answers.
As for lunarpages.com, they are not bad as well but their are pricey.
