Domain Users
Email Users

Which one is better? If you got something better please post.

resellers=can sell with any dedicated server
Shared Web Hosting = can sell with any dedicated server or reseller account
Vitual Private Servers= hefty price tag for the server(s) & software license's
Domain Users= ???????
Email Users= can sell with any dedicated server or reseller account

Your question isn't really clear, but I'm assuming that you're a host providing the aforementioned services.

I'd go with Plesk. I do, however, like cpanel/whm better than either of your two options.

It all really depends on your budget, if you have it, just get your own dedicated server and start selling space.
