| Well it depends on a lot of factors. If you have created your personal site just for fun, free hosting is a good option, If you are looking for a good hosting company but you can't afford the high signup fees, then cheap hosting is your answer. If your site is professional and it is your source of income, you need better support, less or no server downtime, then you should definitely opt for paid and reliable hosting.  | |

Free Hosting : Nothing is free in this world, so it is hard to get free -what actually we want to have for our hosting.
Cheap Hosting: You can chose this if you are ready to sacrifices your hosting requirements (service, support, quality- with prices).
Reliable Hosting : First you have to experience then you can say about it.
So, in any case if one is are really serious about your hosting business, he must be looking :-
1. Prices (of-course)
2. Resources offered (as per his hosting requirements)
3. Support (How frequent and positively he can approach his host for any assistance)
Above all he can also look for free Trial before actually deciding about hosting with the same host.
