Can u tell me some good companys that host forums

Yeah as RustNut said he is hosting, But other than that try seraching who some of the different host around that can help you, there should be a few threads around the forum for you to serach though if you have any major issues finding a host I will be happy to help you find one.

I use PHPBB & it's nice one.. i think if u r looking for make a forum then u go for it.

before you sign-up for a forum host, find out first if you can do a database backup for your own safety.
eventhough they said they do daily/weekly backup, but if you can have your own database dump, its useless. (unless you want to stick to those forum host company forever).

I suggest you sign-up for a hosting, then install your own forum.
in this way, you have full control over your forum. you can move to any hosting at anytime without have to lose your forum contents.

phpBB is the best free forum available (my opinion).
But if you care to spend money, vBulletin (like this forum) or IPB is good.
