Well i think you can't call any control panel worst because every control panel has its plus and minusess in terms of features. The selection of any control panel depends upon the needs and requirements.

Worst Control Panels-- lol and it got replies too.

Anyways, can people explain why they feel its worst ? Did they not show you feature list before using ? Worst you may call them if you got cheated or faced problems using it, not on feature wise, i guess.
